Clients agree to use TSiMP reports for lawful, ethical purposes only. TSiMP services must not be used to attempt individual voter targeting, household targeting, or caste, religion or personal profiling. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any engagement that conflicts with these principles.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the decisions and actions they take based on TSiMP reports. Information provided by the client must be accurate and lawfully held.
4. Confidentiality
Reports are prepared for and shared only with the requesting client. Clients are expected to maintain the confidentiality of reports shared with them.
5. Intellectual property
The TSiMP platform, methodology, brand and report formats remain the property of TSiMP. Reports are licensed to the client for their own use.
6. Pricing and engagement
Pricing depends on report depth, constituency size, data availability, timeline and review requirements, and is confirmed on a per-engagement basis.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TSiMP is not liable for political, electoral or commercial outcomes arising from the use of its reports.
8. Changes to these terms
TSiMP may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
