TSiMP does not guarantee election results or any specific political outcome. Political and electoral results depend on many factors beyond the scope of any report.

4. No individual voter targeting

TSiMP does not provide individual voter targeting, household-level targeting, or personal voter scoring of any kind.

5. No caste, religion or personal profiling

TSiMP does not promote or perform caste-based, religion-based or personal voter profiling. Analysis is aggregate and group-level only.

6. Client responsibility

All political and strategic decisions remain the responsibility of the client. TSiMP is not responsible for actions taken on the basis of its reports.

7. Evidence grading

Allegations and claims are treated with evidence grading and a clear verification status. TSiMP does not present unverified claims as established fact.

8. Unverified claims

Where information cannot be verified, it is clearly marked as unverified and is not presented as confirmed.
