Privacy Policy
TSiMP is committed to ethical, privacy-respecting practices. This policy explains how we approach data and protect the information you share with us.
1. Aggregate analysis only
Our analysis is aggregate by design — at constituency, mandal, village, booth, age-group and gender-group level. We do not build individual voter profiles, individual voter scores, or household-level targeting.
2. What we do not do
- No individual voter targeting or manipulation.
- No household, caste or religion-based targeting or profiling.
- No secret surveillance of private individuals.
- No monitoring of private groups or private personal accounts.
- No unlawful collection of personal data.
3. Basis of our reports
Reports draw on publicly available information, field inputs, governance indicators, public feedback signals, constituency data and verified source references. Source references are retained internally for audit and quality, and reports apply evidence grading to claims.
4. Information you share with us
When you submit an enquiry or request a report, we collect the details you provide (such as name, contact details, role and constituency) only to respond to your request and deliver the service. We treat client enquiries as confidential.
5. Confidentiality of reports
Reports are prepared for and shared only with the requesting client.
6. Data security
We apply reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share. As the platform evolves, security measures will be strengthened in line with good industry practice.
7. Contact
For any privacy question or request, please contact us through the Contact page.
